INFORMATION FOR REGISTERING FOR THE TURKEY SHOOT OUT TOURNAMENT

Registration begins September 1, 2009

1. Teams are limited to 16 players.

2. The tournament is limited to sixteen (16) boys teams and sixteen (16) girls teams. All teams will play 7 on 7 games including goalie. Each team will play 4 games.

3. A single $720 check will hold a teams position in the tournament. Checks should be submitted as soon as possible to hold a tournament position. No deposits or partial payments will be accepted.

4. Rosters and medical releases must be received by November 1, 2009. Please submit rosters electronically to the respective Boys and Girls Registration links. Please mail signed medical forms to Registration points-of contact.

5. There will be no walk-in team registrations.

6. Players are responsible for bringing all equipment, sticks, mouth guards, etc.

7. Two (2) coaches per team will be granted free admission. They will pick up coaches badges at registration.

8. Only one entry per organization for Girls and only one entry per organization for Boys, unless there are slots available at November 1. If slots are available, then more than one team per organization may be allowed.
